Treatments

Herbal Medicine - is the science of using herbal remedies to treat the sick. It therefore covers everything from medicinal plants with powerful actions to those with a gentle restorative action. Gentle actions mean these supportive herbs can be taken safely  over a longer period of time. Bettina now uses a 'low dose' approach as well as fresh plant extracts to ensure the best possible outcome.

Nutritional supplements - these are carefully selected to replace deficiencies and give our body the metabolic raw materials it needs to heal itself.

Holistic counselling - health imbalances are often caused by undue stress and worry and this, in turn, can affect the absorption of nutrients, sleep patterns and general daily living.

Individualised topical treatments, if necessary - this can vary from treating abnormal cervical cells with pessaries to making creams, lotions and ointments for skin disorders such as eczema, warts, psoriasis etc.
